Kelly, the owner of Realm since 2017, offers natural healing body therapy while using a variety of holistic therapies and modalities. The balance of full-body healing creates a connection to the whole body while in a safe environment inviting body presence and control over physical sensations. Kelly’s work as a movement educator, integration coach, MLD, and structural integrator is centered in mindful, compassionate care.
Kelly has helped persons with chronic pains using MLD, Structural Integration, advanced myo-fascial techniques, a variety of hands-on healing bodywork techniques, and nutrition. The goal is to listen to your body providing the healing support it needs. After years of unhealthy habits, Kelly will provide you with a place to rejuvenate. When your body hurts Kelly will guide the body to heal.
Through meditation, qigong, hiking, backpacking, cycling, kayaking, and helping others Kelly acquires a high level of peace. This peace is present and resonates in all sessions. Kelly invites you to experience peace through pain relief.
